How can I update my Address?

  • If you have not received a package creation email, update your address by resubmitting We use your most recent response. 

  • If you have received a package creation email from us and have not received a tracking number, send an email to to get your address updated.

  • If you have already received a tracking number for your package, we won’t be able to change your address now, unfortunately. We have little control once packages leave our fulfillment center.
