Unfortunately we cannot accept private code samples as part of applications the MLH Fellowship. While we know that many jobs and personal situations may cause you to need to write code in private, we do not have the time to deal with collecting permissions for every application due to the overwhelming number we receive and limited bandwidth among our team. Gists and file uploads are also not useful solutions as they don't necessarily contain a clear structure or history, which makes them hard to evaluate. We hope to expand the types of code samples we can accept in the future.
